2. PERMITTED USE
   You may:

• Modify it for personal/business use

1. PROHIBITED USE
   You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute

• Share files publicly or privately

• Use for client resale without permission

1. OWNERSHIP
   All products remain the intellectual property of Scaleuptoolsverse.

2. TERMINATION
   Violation of this agreement results in termination of access and legal action.
